| The Partner Centre |
| The partner centre is the nerve-centre of the sapfi system. The partner centre will provide you with access to operational reports to monitor your project-progress, personal report archives and several other tools to plan, implement and monitor Sapfi projects. |

| Find personal screening reports easily with the intuitive search and filter tools of the screening archives. The same tools are available in the screening centre but with limited access depending on you access level. |

| The Group Report Centre |
| The group report centre is a specialized OLAP (online analytical processing) and business intelligence tool. The group report centre will enable you to monitor the psychological fitness and other risks of your entire workforce and any other conceivable grouping of people in your organisation. |

What is Online Analytical Processing?
OLAP or online analytical processing can be seen as a conversation with your data. This is where you ask questions about your data and by easily grouping, filtering and breaking down your data; you will get answers to those questions, which in turn generates more questions. The Sapfi group report centre is a specialized OLAP tool to easily enable you to get meaningful answers and management information without having to worry about the statistical analysis which happens in the background. |
| View preset breakdowns of your data like gender, race, home language, province, age group, job start date, company start date, overtime, leave, overall psychological fitness risk, motivational fitness and energetic fitness, and filter within those results to quickly get answers and management information about your data. |

| You can create any conceivable group within your data. For instance by grouping your crane operators, welders, truck drivers into cohorts. These groups can then be analysed individually and compared with each other. |

| All of the charts in the Group Report Centre can be downloaded individually or in bulk to use on a Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation. You can also download every page in the Group Report Centre as a Microsoft Office Word document to easily create management reports |
