| A: First of all, Bankmed will fully pay for the Personal Stress Assessment (PSA). The PSA appears on your statement because Bankmed is required by law to disclose all member transactions to that specific member. |

| A: Yes, the Bankmed PSA is an insured benefit meaning that it is fully paid by Bankmed medical aid. The cost is NOT deducted from your medical aid savings account. |
| Q: So who is paying for the PSA? |
| A: Bankmed medical aid is paying for the PSA because it is an insured benefit. |
